Information for Buyers

With Myriah Sea Cottom, you will have a pro Realtor working to find your home. She will ask you to provide a list of your “must haves” and then she will take you on a tour of prospect homes. Once she finds your future home, Myriah will work closely with your lender, title agency, inspectors, surveyor, and appraiser to make sure the home buying process is as smooth as possible. She works with different lenders who specialize in different types loans (Conventional, VA, FHA, 203k Renovation, and Jumbo loans). Myriah will also work with inspectors who are looking out for their buyers to make sure the home is in the advertised condition.

Myriah also works with buyers who are looking to purchase vacant land. She works closely with surveyors, Escambia County & Santa Rosa County Planning and Zoning, City of Pensacola, and Florida Department of Health to make sure the clients needs will be met before the purchase takes place.
